Alright, I need you all to fill this out so that I know wha you want on your signature. If you don't fill it out properly then I will skip over your request.

Now, a few things I want you to know:

1. for the colors, I will not take 'what ever looks best. If you know what looks best, tell me, I don't want to have to guess on it. This is used for back round colors and font colors.

2. I will always put the name of the character on the Signature and the picture, unless you want me to put a different picture on there.
