Kyle let out a howl of laughter at him tripping then pulled her headphones out of his Walkman. Fishing her iPod back out of her pocket, she plugged in the headphones, putting one back in her ear and taking the other one from him. If he was going to be tripping, she wasn't going to risk her headphone's safety. Not that she didn't care about him, but getting a good pair of headphones that lasted was hard.
As soon as she heard the change in voice, she let out a groan and shook her head, quickly turning on her iPod. Mean by Taylor Swift came on. That was good enough for the moment.
Looking at him, she shook her head. "....Lovely. God-boy. I don't even want to know what just went through your head when you waggled your brows...."Trailing off she turned, then smacked lightly into the hedge maze. Blinking just a bit, she shook her head, then continued on the path, pretending she hadn't done that.

Knox laughed softly and followed her through the maze. "That's a dead end hidden in the shadows. But there's a lovely bench there if you'd like to sit?" Psych managed to smack Knox out of the way and took back control, but didn't say anything. He slunk to the bench, though, aiming to sit his ass on it and work in the cool night air before he had to go to classes the next morning.

Kyle stopped mid step then growled lightly, shaking her head with a sigh."Fuck.....I thought I was going the right way this time, damnit." She cursed once again, then watched him walk over to the bench. Fidgeting where she stood, she shook her head then just walked over to the bench and sat down. Closing her eyes, she rubbed at her temples lightly when her music continued to play. At the moment she was trying to ignore that he was there so she could relax and possibly wind herself down. Eventually she would have to go back to her room and sleep, even if that meant skipping her first class.

Psych worked on the line up and managed to get everything down the way he liked it. He placed the pad on the bench between them and closed his eyes. If he was alone, he'd be able to lay down and sleep until dawn on the bench, because even the wood would have been comfortable if the rebel wasn't there. Why did she have to be there? Sitting on the bench listening to her music and acting as if she was the queen of the world? Because fate hated it seemed, yeah, the fates were women and apparently they had a thing against him so late at night.
Psych groaned softly and moved to pull his knees up to his chest and put his head on his knees. "Tonight is taking too long to be over.." he muttered and moved to pull his own headphones out, a pair of clunky old ones that devoured your ears and blocked everything out. He put them on and turned on a slow orchestra and turned it low so he could hear everything.

Kyle looked over at the guy sitting next to her, then rolled her eyes, shaking her head just a bit with a frown. " You look damned exhausted..... she murmured, trailing off before she stood up and brushed off her jeans. Offering him her hand she shook her head."I can't believe I'm saying this. Let Knox take control so you can get back to your damn room and sleep. Come on. Up," She almost demanded, her other hand holding her iPod as it changed to some song by Panic! At the Disco. Right now she couldn't bring herself to care about the song too much. She was starting to brace herself for the long walk out of the maze, to the building, and then along the hallway to both of their rooms. Knox always infuriated the hell out of her, but she was prepared to deal with him. Why? Well.....she was actually a little worried about Psych's lack of sleep. Oh, she'd never say that out loud though. Nu-uh.
Waiting for him to respond, one arm crossed over her chest and she just looked at him. Her eyes were brown without the red contacts in, and the seemed so serious. That serious look would have seemed so much darker and colder with the red contacts she normally wore, but now she just seemed calmly serious.

Psych looked up at her and pushed off the bench. "I gotta go to the office first... gotta put up my list.." He walked forward, inverting their path to the bench and getting out of the maze with only he ease of a drunken man. He shoved his hands into his pockets and ignored Knox's small plea's to go out and play, because he was too tired to maybe wake up with a bruise on his cheek from Kyle hitting Knox for something. The young man looked at her as he assumed she was following him mostly. he didn't feel like talking anymore, he didn't want to yawn.

Kyle let out an exasperated sigh as she went after him, keeping pace with him as she shook her head. Oh this boy was so damn stubborn. Shaking her head once again, she grumbled, then spoke up. "Really? You'll probably just go in there and try and work more. I think I'll have to follow you and make sure.....and damnit Psych just let out the fucking God-boy. I swear not to hit you....him....unless he tries something."] Crossing one finger over her heart, she looked at him with that serious expression once again as they got out of the maze, about to add more, but she wanted to see what his reaction to that was going to be first.

Psych shook his head. "I probably will finish up my work, crash at my desk and wake up drooling over said work and have to do it all over again." The green-eyed man grumbled out and managed to walk straight to the school and into the school without falling on his ass, or his face. Knox gave up on trying to get out and bug Kyle. He noticed that Psych couldn't stay awake unless he was moving.

Kyle walked after him still, shaking her head with a grumble. Stretching some, she took out her headphones and started to wrap her headphones around her iPod. Looking at him, she shook her head. "Nope. That's it. Alena will whine if you don't rest, so......seems I'm coming to your damn office to make sure you sleep. Not work, you stubborn ass," she grumbled, moving to walk beside him. Putting her iPod back in her pocket, she glanced at him with slightly narrowed eyes. The look she was giving him now just dared him to say no to her, or to tell her to go back to her room.

Psych didn't care if she danced the waltz with Frederico who had just managed to become mute. He walked right into the court and waved a hand to the guards who were sitting on the floor in the hall to enter the court room. He went to his office and put his pad down and before he could think of his next move he wandered to his bed and fell there, groaning loudly with exhaustion and annoyance. Why couldn't he pass out now? Because Kyle was insisting on hanging out until he was asleep.

Kyle walked into the Shadow Court nervously, having never came in here without Alena or unless she was trying to find Psych. Most of the people here either gave her odd looks or treated her as if she were more important. Following him into his office, she glanced at the pad, very curious about the order for the talent show. Resisting the urge to go look, she went over to his bed and sat on the edge of it, just looking at him. "If you actually promise to sleep, I'll leave. If you really fucking mean it," she mumbled, yawning just a bit. Now she was tired, and it was almost as if all that energy she had was sapped from her. Closing her eyes she slowly opened them again. This could be bad. Thinking up random excuses for stuff was harder to do when she was starting to go to sleep.

Psych shrugged and sat up. He pushed her toward the bed. "Lay there, I'll be in my chair..." he got up and walked to his chair and sat down in it leaning back and closing his eyes lazily. He didn't trust stairs at this moment and he didn't want her to bother with them, either.

Kyle blinked just a bit, then sat up completely straight and shook her head, arms crossing over her chest. "No.....Get over here and go to sleep comfortably. I can go upstairs once you're finally passed out, damnit." Yawning right then, she covered her mouth with her hand and almost looked sheepish, almost, but not nearly close enough. Closing her eyes though, it was clear that she was very close to possibly falling over if she didn't keep talking or moving a bit.

Psych ignored her. He had his eyes closed and was limp in the chair. He loved his chair, it was plush and soft and over stuffed. Perfect for sleeping in if you were too tired to get up - or there was a stubborn girl in the bed because he didn't want her to trip and fall half way up the stairs to the co-ed dorms and be found the next day with s snapped neck -- will you shut up and go to sleep? Psych thought to himself and didn't realize that he'd also said it aloud.

Kyle blinked several times at that, then shook her head with a grumble. Throwing a pillow at him from his bed, she tucked the other one underneath her own head. A yawn left the young girl's lips, and she fished out her cell phone, setting an alarm for herself so she could run upstairs after falling asleep and get ready for her first class. There was no guarantee she'd actually wake up to that alarm, but it was something annoying so it might work. Shooting one last glare at Psych, she closed her eyes with a yawn, her body relaxing. Clearly the girl was tired, because after just a few minutes she was fast asleep.
